How can I create a differnt counter for a different website?

What happens to my counter if nobody access my site for a particular period?
If the counter value remains the same for 30 days, then it will automatically gets deactivated. Once you access the site again, the count starts from zero and it continues.
Can anybody change my counter value?
No. Nobody can change the count other than you, because its working is based on the site and the particular page the counter is installed.
